Mohamed Zhafran is in charge of operations & human resource in this Company. Holding a Degree in Food & Beverages from UITM does not deter him from executing the day-to-day operations. He is still new in the business world but keen to learn the trade. Being there for the employees and going to the ground for problem solving matters and human relations issues have fostered close relationship between employee and employer, one of the critical elements in human resource.
